Stephanie called us two years ago off of one of our signs. Unfortunately the home she was interested in was under contract. We spoke over the phone and we started our house search immediately. I showed her a couple homes in South Tampa but most were out dated, over priced, and in need of some major repairs. I showed her one of our remodels and she fell in love right away with our cute little home on Wallace Ave. Through the home buying process we ended up becoming friends. We have since gone on to remodel two more houses on Stephanie's block. Stephanie has turned this house into a home- decorating with a coastal charm.
Our lovely buyers, Matt and Yina Brown. We had the privilege of working very closely with the Brown family. They took a leap of faith and put a contract on our remodel on Price Ave in demo phase! They gave us the opportunity to come back to their home after closing to see how they have made it their own. It was even better than I could have imagined. Yina has a true talent and eye for design- and even sows her own slip covers! Buyers like the Brown's make our job so worth it. This is exactly why we do what we do. It makes us so happy to see them enjoying their new home and know they will continue to do so for years to come.
